Personal Background
ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Gabe Fruetel. I just finished my degree in fine arts with a Biblical emphasis. I was born on the west coast and grew up in Seattle, Washington. I have recently upgraded to Mrs. Fruetel, so that adjustment has already been a smashing adventure! I now live in Minnesota and have been ministering with my local church in the Minneapolis area. The Lord has graciously allowed me a place to minister in music and service, but with all the unique designs He has made in my journey so far, I have no qualms with living anywhere the Lord leads my husband and me! I have a passion for writing and music and enjoy utilizing my God-given abilities in local ministry, as He sees fit. I am an avid reader and I especially enjoy Tolkien's writings such as the Silmarillion and my personal favourite, the Hobbit. I also enjoy cooking more or less on the experimental side, while fulfilling my penchant for everything chocolate and my husband's love for caramel. I am a great proponent of biking and martial arts (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu being my favourite). I love anything that immerses me in God's creation: gardening, entomology, general horticulture, geology, specialised botany, and most recently chemistry. My interests are quite flexible as I am always fascinated by unique studies. I also enjoy writing a good bit of poetry. That's basically myself in concentrated form. INTELLIGENCE
What is it really?
Many people have different ideas of what intelligence is, but this in itself shows a type of intelligence in that they analyze something for what it is and its capabilities. Intelligence is not entirely one such concept. It is many things. Intelligence can be how someone looks at a situation, studies it, and then reacts to it in the way they think is best. Some think that intelligence is only what you can get from books and cold, hard study. Some think intelligence comes from experience and the everyday happenings. But it has been found that intelligence comes from many things you manifest in your mind. This can be reactions, speaking, using logic to decipher problems that come from life. Intelligence can also be creating thing such as art, writings, machinery, technology, formulas, and so many more simplifiers to make the everyday tasks that much easier and add interest to life. This still is not the completed definition of intelligence. Intelligence is the God-given ability to live, learn, teach, solve, and lead. Not one person in the world has the same intelligence as another person has. Some are known for their intelligence in leading such as Abraham Lincoln, or Gandhi. They might not have known about the God that gave them the gifts of intelligence they possessed but still these were gifts God specifically gave them. Intelligence is not just from the brain but of the mind also. Even though definition has been given, intelligence can never truly defined by man because of his finite mind. Only God can understand the intelligence of man.
